Pace Renewable Energy Program - Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)

Property assessed clean energy, or PACE, financing allows property owners to fund energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy projects with little or no up-front costs. With PACE, residential and commercial property owners living within a participating district can finance up to 100% of their project and pay it back over time as a voluntary property tax assessment through their existing property tax bill.

Hero Program

The City of Seaside is a proud partner with the HERO Program, an affordable way to make energy efficient, water efficient, and renewable energy upgrades to your home. Communities across California offer HERO to eligible homeowners for energy efficient upgrades and improvements such as solar, HVAC, windows, roofing, water savings products and more

Construction & Demolition Recycling Requirements

C&D recycling is an important diversion program to keep valuable resources out of the landfill and recycle them into useful components again. C&D recycling makes up over 25% of the total waste generated in the community. The City of Seaside is committed to diverting waste into more useful applications.
